I am so used to using food as a reward for reaching all of my goals in some way. I am just realizing that…Anyway, when I cross the finish lines of the mini races that I have to complete, I will reward myself with things unrelated to food.

Losing 5% of my body weight- (13 lbs) (new cellphone)

Losing 10% of my body weight- (25 lbs) (buy an exercise card for my favorite class)

Reaching 197 lbs- (lose 50 lbs) (hair cut and color and day at the spa) This will also be a prize for reaching ONEderland!

1/2 Way Mark (lose 55 lbs) Brand new mountain bike

Reaching 180 lbs (lose 67 lbs)(new wardrobe)

Reaching 165 lbs (-82 lbs) (new lens for my camera)

Reaching 150 lbs (take photography class)

Reaching 140 lbs (100 lbs) (Trip to a tropical location with a new swimsuit)

Reaching Goal (Photoshoot)
